THERAPISTS
When I completed a course in regenerative and sports massage in 2005, it was a natural continuation of my background as a volleyball player. Sport showed me how essential recovery, relaxed muscles, and proper body care are — not only for performance, but above all for health and overall well-being.
Over the years, I've seen how one-sided strain, stress, or poor posture can lead to back pain, spinal problems, and muscular imbalances. This only strengthened my belief that regular body care can not only relieve pain, but often prevent it altogether.
I first provided massages for family and friends, then gradually continued my education through physiotherapy courses, health-exercise training, and other professional workshops. I keep learning new approaches because our understanding of the human body — and how to care for it — is constantly evolving.
Founding the ELISIUM studio was a natural step for me — a place where we can help people relieve pain, regenerate both body and mind, and rediscover the joy of movement and life.
Today I mainly take care of running the studio, so you'll most often hear me on the phone, where I'll be happy to help you choose the right massage or book an appointment.

A large percentage of people today suffer from musculoskeletal pain, especially our backs, and they adversely affect our mood and limit our lives
I know what I'm talking about, I myself have had poor posture since early childhood and I played international handball competitively for 8 years, during this time I learned what relief massage brings to the body. What relaxation and overall improvement of our condition we can enjoy through massages, their effects are literally beneficial. That's why I decided to study massages and therapies and their subsequent practice.
I am a Tae-ba trainer and I know that as a counterpoint to tension, relaxation must also come so that everything is in balance. If we just work hard and chase our body and mind, we cannot expect its positive response. Sooner or later, it will show itself to us, whether in the form of a bad mood, local pain or even illness. In the daily stress of today's world, we should also be able to relax. However, it is not only pleasant relaxation and pain relief that various types of massages and therapies can bring us, but also detoxification and regeneration of the entire organism, not excluding a good mood, good feeling and positive energy. And it is up to each of us whether we decide to help our body and mind.
I was very interested in helping people in this area, which is why I decided to change my job after years in the office, when I only did massages marginally.
If you have decided to put your body and spirit back in order, I am here for you to help you with it and together we will find the right path.

Hi, my name is Natálie and I am a certified massage therapist with a Master's degree in wellness specialization, nutritional counseling, and sports diagnostics.
In my practice, I primarily focus on athletes, emphasizing quality recovery, functional movement, and injury prevention. I also work as a massage therapist for the football team SK Slavia Prague, where I take care of top-level athletes.
In addition to my massage practice, I hold coaching licenses in tennis and swimming, which helps me better understand movement patterns, physical load, and the individual needs of each client. I take a comprehensive approach to my work, with respect for the body and the goals of everyone who entrusts me with their care.

My name is Mary, and massage is not only my profession but also a way for me to bring relief, deep relaxation, and a sense of overall harmony to people. I believe that a quality massage can relax not only the body but also the mind, helping to restore balance to everyday life.
I approach every client individually and with the utmost care. I strive to create a calm and pleasant atmosphere where you can slow down for a moment, release tension, and enjoy the rest you truly deserve.
After completing massage school, I began dedicating myself fully to massage therapy. I gained experience in both a fitness center and a relaxation center, where I worked with clients focused on recovery after physical exertion as well as those seeking deep relaxation.
Today, I am happy to be part of the Elisium team, where we work together to create a space for high-quality care of both body and mind.
I look forward to your visit and to the moment you choose to dedicate just to yourself.
