You can cancel booked dates online or let us know by phone. However, if you do not cancel the order at least 12 hours before the booked date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the booked therapy. This amount will be charged to you on your next visit. The same conditions also apply to the use of a gift voucher or payment in the form of benefits. The reason for this measure is the cancellation of dates at the last minute, when it is no longer possible to fill the dates. Thank you for your understanding.
